Crisis Hotlines

If you are feeling overwhelmed and require immediate attention you can contact the following for 24-hour support:

  • The Crisis Hotline of Buffalo and Erie County is available by phone at 716-834-3131.
  • The Crisis Text Line is free and the number will not appear on a phone bill. Text: “GOT5” to 741-741.
  • The National Grad Crisis Line is available via phone and Skype at 1-877-472-3457.
