Canadian-American Studies Advanced Certificate

College of Arts and Sciences

Program Description

Canadian-American studies is an interdisciplinary program that takes advantage of UB's location on the Canada-U.S. border, to provide students with an opportunity to consider the interplay between discipline-specific topics, and broader issues salient to the Canadian, American, or North American landscape. Students can complete the degree requirements by taking courses that reflect their particular intellectual background and career plans with the many faculty members in the College of Arts and Sciences who have research and teaching interests in Canada.
