UB to Hold Emergency Drill on South Campus

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The University at Buffalo will hold a drill to practice and evaluate its emergency-response preparedness starting from 8 a.m. to noon on August 14 in the Biomedical Research Building on the UB South (Main Street) Campus.

The drill will involve responding to injury in a haz-mat environment, with Buffalo police, fire and ambulance personnel taking part in the exercise. The campus community is advised that while emergency radio communication will be utilized, the situation is a drill and no emergency is occurring on the UB South Campus.
