Campus Alert: Buffalo Police Investigating Off-Campus Robberies

The Buffalo Police Department is investigating several off-campus robberies of UB students in the University Heights area.

Please be alert to your surroundings, and remember that there is safety in numbers. It is best to travel with at least two others; especially after dusk. Utilize safety escort services and public transportation whenever possible.

The Anti-Rape Task Force staffs two walk stations offering safety escorts from 8 p.m. to midnight on Sunday through Thursday. The South Campus Walk Station can be reached at (716) 348-1608. The number for the North Campus Walk Station is (716) 348-7258. The task force also operates a South Campus Safety Shuttle from 8 p.m. to midnight daily.
