The answer to this and other cosmic questions will be addressed on Tuesday, Oct. 21, when Judith L. Pipher, professor of astronomy at the University of Rochester, presents the Harlow Shapley Visiting Lecture at 7:30 p.m. in Knox 110 on the University at Buffalo North (Amherst) Campus.
