UB to Host Informational Life Choices Workshop

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- "Finding Your Voice, Finding Your Place," an informational life skills workshop that is open to all, will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, in the Center For Tomorrow on the University at Buffalo North (Amherst) Campus.

The objectives of the workshop are to clarify participants' needs and desires regarding life choices, disseminate information concerning educational options and community resources, help participants understand the impact of gender expectations for women and explore how women can successfully traverse life-cycle transitions, such as divorce, separation and widowhood.

The workshop is co-sponsored by the Millard Fillmore College of Continuing Education and Womanfocus.
