BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Lee A. Albert, professor of law at the University at Buffalo, will discuss the issues and problems facing health-care consumers and third-party payers at state and national levels at a University at Buffalo Senior Alumni Luncheon, to be held at noon on Tuesday, June 17, in the Center for Tomorrow on the UB North (Amherst) Campus.

Albert, a specialist in constitutional law and health-care issues, also will explain changes in health care "entitlements" and how some states are taking a role in making health-care dollars stretch farther.

Luncheon tickets are $10. Graduates and individuals who have completed 12 semester hours as matriculated students in a degree program at UB are eligible to join the Alumni Association. The senior luncheon series is designed for UB senior alums, spouses and guests.
