Anderson Named President of UB Alumni Association

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Sarah M. Anderson, Ph.D., has been named president of the University at Buffalo Alumni Association.

Coordinator of transfer relations at Buffalo State College, Anderson received a doctorate in educational organization, administration and policy from UB in 1985. She lives in Williamsville.

The other officers are: Leon Henderson, Ed.M. '63, Ed.D '88, of Williamsville, a consultant for the Buffalo Public Schools, president-elect, and William E. Cressman, BS '64, of Snyder, a corporate finance officer, treasurer.

Newly elected vice presidents are Jonathan A. Dandes, BS 74, of East Amherst, vice president/general manager of Bison Baseball/Stadium Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Rich Products Corp., vice president for athletics; Nicholas J. Boccolucci, Ph.D. '92, of Hamburg, managing director of Wright & Associates, vice president for Buffalo-area programs; Robert Rakoczy, BS '70, MBA '72, of East Amherst, marketing director for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, vice president for constituent relations; Donald C. Roberts, BA '93, of Kenmore, general insurance broker with a Clarence firm, vice president for membership and development, and Marybeth Cullinan, BA' 80, LLD '91, of Buffalo, an attorney, vice president for student relations.

New members of the board of directors are Jay Friedman, BA '88, of Tonawanda; Susan Grelick, MLS '78, MA '80, MBA '82, of Williamsville, and Conway Porter III, BA '72, of Depew.
