What mentoring means to me:

My mentoring philosophy is to always have an open door in the office and lab as well as at home. I try to stress the importance of collaboration and team work, and to find the right balance between sparking students' passion and intellectual curiosity and boldness, and guiding them towards rigorous time management, research and publication planning. My objective is to create an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and provides valuable professional development opportunities to ensure future success.
