Who We Are

What We Do

We provide assistance for all postdoctoral scholars, including:

  • Information for new employees at UB.
  • Off-campus housing information.
  • Targeted seminars and research symposia.
  • Social functions for postdoctoral scholars from across the university.
  • Support and guidance for faculty who employ postdoctoral scholars.

National Postdoctoral Association Membership Benefit

The University at Buffalo is a sustaining member of the National Postdoctoral Association (NPA), a member-driven, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides a unique, national voice for postdoctoral scholars. As a UB postdoctoral scholar, graduate student, faculty or staff member you are eligible for a free affiliate membership. Clicking on the previous link will bring you to the sign up website.
