BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The University at Buffalo Department of Theatre and Dance will present Zodiaque Dance Company in Concert "The 38th Spring Season" Feb. 23-25 and March 2-4 in the Drama Theatre in the Center for the Arts, North Campus. All performances are at 7:30 p.m., except on March 4, when the performance will be at 2 p.m.

The world of dance is exciting, daring, thought provoking, ever changing and dynamic. Choreographers dig and dig ... and sometimes ... they find something miraculous within the landscape of movement. Zodiaque proudly presents the work of nine extraordinary dance makers with profound artistic voices: UB faculty members Melanie Aceto, Karen Georger and Tressa Gorman Crehan; UB alumni Joe Celej (2001), a performing member with Elisa Monte Dance; Leanne Rinelli (2001), a faculty member at Buffalo State College; Jon Lehrer (1993), artistic director of LehrerDance; invited guest artist Keith Thompson, international dancer and choreographer on faculty at Rutgers-Mason Gross School of the Arts; as well as the creative collaboration of Zodiaque members Elijah Coleman and Lawanda Hopkins.
