New England Residents Named to Dean's List at UB

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Residents of New England attending the University at Buffalo have been named to the Dean's List for the spring 2007 semester for achieving a grade-point average of 3.6 or higher.

The University at Buffalo is a premier research-intensive public university, the largest and most comprehensive campus in the State University of New York. UB's more than 27,000 students pursue their academic interests through more than 300 undergraduate, graduate and professional degree programs. Founded in 1846, the University at Buffalo is a member of the Association of American Universities.

The students and their hometowns are:

CONNECTICUT: Elissa Ostrander of Corrina Lane, Salem, and Kristin O'Leary of Forest Glen Drive, Woodbridge.

MAINE: Katelyn Kaminske of Sunrise Terrace, York.

MASSACHUSETTS: Kelly Cross of North Street, Tewksbury; Jeffrey Parker of South Street, Foxboro; and Harrison Swados of Beaconsfield Road, Brookline.

VERMONT: Allison Landry of Route 5, Orleans.
