BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Charisma -- who has it and who doesn't -- will be the topic of a lecture by James R. Meindl, professor in the University at Buffalo School of Management, at a Senior Alumni Luncheon to be held at noon on June 6 in the atrium of the Center for the Arts on the UB North Campus.

Meindl, Carmichael Professor of Organization and Human Resources, has developed a scale, based on his research on leadership issues, that can be applied to rating the charisma of such diverse individuals as family members, business leaders, politicians and government figures.

The Senior Alumni Luncheon programs are designed for UB senior alumni and their guests. Seniors in the community also may attend on a space available basis.

The cost is $15 per person. Call 829-2608 for reservations and information.

Independent Health is a corporate sponsor of the Senior Alumni Luncheon series, sponsored by the UB Office of Alumni Relations.
