BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Min Xu, a student in the University at Buffalo Department of Electrical Engineering, has received a $1,000 scholarship from the national Society of Women Engineers for the 1998-99 academic year.
The award, presented annually since 1995, recognizes sophomore or junior women majoring in electrical engineering or computer science.
Xu is a resident of North Buffalo.
