Our Athletes Make Big Moves

The University at Buffalo is the only school in the state of New York with a FBS (Division I) football program.

From back-to-back MAC Championship and NCAA appearances for Men's Basketball, to Women's Basketball winning the MAC Championship, to Kristjan Sokoli and Khalil Mack being drafted into the NFL, our athletes are making big moves.

Our University Police are a nationally accredited agency, with accreditations from the Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Authorities (CALEA) and New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (NYSDCJS).

At UB, most graduate and professional students successfully complete their degree in less time than the national average. Our master's students typically graduate within two years and doctoral students within 6.5 years.
